Delivery Policy
We have built an automated system directly with all freight carriers which calculates freight based on total package volume, weight, and your delivery address. Two options are presented to you at check-out, the cheapest, and the cheapest with signature required.
In-Stock Items
In-Stock items are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment.
Back-Order Items
Where you have purchased an item that is on back-order, you will be notified of an ETA, at which time your entire order will be dispatched in whole.
If you would like partial-delivery for in-stock items included in the same order, please contact us and advise our team.
Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order items are dispatched upon completion of production. This can span anywhere between 1 Day and 6 weeks depending on what you've ordered. Please see the product page for an indicate of time frame.
If you require something urgently, please contact us and we'll do our best to expedite.
Returns Policy
Produced Goods / Made to Order
Due to the nature of 3D Printed goods, primarily decorative in nature, these products are ineligible for returns and refunds.
While all due-diligence and mitigations are put in place, due to the manufacturing process we cannot guarantee an absolute flawless production. The 3D Mill keep at the forefront of 3D Printing technology using the most advanced equipment and techniques to provide the best quality possible.
Filaments & Hardware
Returns are accepted on unopened products only, unless returned on the basis of a manufacturer defect, inspected and validated by The 3D Mill.
Freight and a 10% restocking fee are deducted from the final refund sum where returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects).
Cancellations Policy
Your order may be cancelled at any time before a tracking number is assigned to your package. Please contact us to request cancellation.
Cancellations are not possible on made-to-order products, as resources and materials are allocated and production generally commences immediately upon order receipt.
